Me and Deborah ended up at Get Ya Skates On last night and her housemate James came and met us. He was really canny, I'm just too lazy to write about it so here's a photo.

I've spent the time since I've been out of bed uploading all the halloween photos to facebook. I haven't forgot about livejournal, it's still number one, I still read my friends page, and I am still meaning to do that big entry on the whole of October, but I think from now on I'm gonna post most photos on facebook since it's a lot easier to do on there than here, so if you haven't already done so try add me on there too... http://www.facebook.com/people/Chris_We

EDIT EDIT: After investigating facebook some more I've learnt that each album of photos I post is given a link to give out to the people who don't even have facebook, so that's a bigger reason for me to keep livejournal to write down whats going on in my life, and facebook to keep the images of what's going on in my life and then post the link over here. Last night was a scary one. Sammy had gone to the pictures with her friend so me, Alison and Shell decided to get a chinese and watch a movie. I had no money on me and no one offered to borrow me any so I was off by myself for a walk to Morrisons to use the checkpoint outside although Morrisons itself was closed since it was like 10pm. As I walked down the street I was trying to ring Janine and Deborah for someone to talk to on my travels but neither answered, and as I turned the next corner to my luck was a group of charvs sitting drunk across the path. I crossed the road and coninued trying to get in touch with someone on my phone, then they started shouting "What you looking at?!" and "Look at ya pretending to text so we don't do ya in" or something along those lines as they laughed like hyenas. I could then see them get up from the corner of my eye so I turned the next corner I came to and started to speedwalk/jog. Deborah then rang me back while I was speeding down some unknown street and I chilled lol. I soon realised I was lost in what looked like a council estate so walked back up from the direction I came but not the same street, and then looked at where the charvs were originally sitting and was relieved to see they'd left. I then had to cross Morrisons car park which was pitch black, not lit up like the girls said it would be, and started to worry again incase the charvs were now hiding in the shadows since I could hear shouting lmao. I speeded to the checkpoint then heard more shouting as I was anxiously waiting for the money to come out, and speeded all the way back to the house out of breath lol. Had a good night though, the 3 of us ate our chinese while watching 'The Hills Have Eyes' and had a laugh like we used to the first couple weeks. Deborah also text me worried I never got back from the bank which was sweet lol.
And this morning my mam picked me up to come back home so I could get everything ready for Alton Towers tomorro. So my days pretty much been packing and napping. Me and my mam then picked Nic up about 10pm when my mam had finished work and she's here now asleep so that we can go together tomorro. I'm so excited! I'm gutted you aren't coming though Jan!

My mam pursuaded me to stay in Shields for one more day last night so that we could do something today. She wanted to see Die Hard 4.0 but it wasn't on at Boldon anymore so we had to go to the Odeon cinema through the tunnel. We got tickets for the 9.15pm showing then went to Frankie & Bennie's before it started. Was really nice, I tried one of those meatball pizza things that I saw Nic eating when we went for christmas.
The film was awesome! Like really. Best one. And he had a fight scene with a woman which hasn't happened before in the other 3 and he had a hot nerdy sidekick to keep the audience of today interested, like who still thinks Bruce Willis is kewl apart from my dad?
So yeah was a really nice night, didn't get in til after midnight. Back to Heaton tomorro.
Deborah decided to be the first person to come visit me in Heaton so on Friday I found Chillingham Road metro station and waited for her to arrive. She got there before 11am, we greeted with a big hug, then headed back to the house to give her the tour. She seemed to really like it. While we were sitting in my bedroom on the bed I told her how weird it was she was there, like it felt kinda surreal to have one of my real friends from Shields sitting with me in my new house, like she didn't fit if that makes sense lol, I'd been so used of sitting in that room missing my friends that when one of them was finally there it just really did feel surreal like I've already said lol. I can't describe it without sounding like an overdramatic weirdo lol.
Anyways we then left the house for a walk in Heaton park. I finally got to show one of my friends the shoe tree! She was pretty amazed lmao, we stood looking at the heaps of shoes hanging from the branches for ages until we continued our walk through the park. When we got to the end of the park we saw the sign for the petting zoo and decided to go. We stroked the goats and over reacted at the rat, and took photos of the peacock before heading back through the park and went for a walk to Morrisons. We got my food shopping in then headed back to the house. We went to a lovely little sandwish shop on the corner of my street and both got curry, rice and chips before taking it back and eating it in the living room. Then after packing some stuff I got the metro with her back to Shields and spent that evening and yesterday catching up with Big Brother and LJ. I also got to see Janine for a few hours after she finished work and we had a laugh as usual.
Today I've gotta head back to Heaton because Sammy is finally moving in and I haven't met her yet so I wanna be there for her first night. I think I'm gonna take the doritos and dips out the cupboard.
I should have a connection over there within the next week, hopefully!
I also got my results for my first year of uni. Since I didn't fail more than 2 modules (you're allowed 2 fails and any more means you resit), the couple that I did fail were just boosted up to 40% which is a pass. So here's my overall marks for each class:

I'm pretty happy with my results, considering I got a few that were a lot over 40% I'm very pleased.
My new laptop came yesterday. Haven't really had a chance to have a proper go on it yet but so far I love it. Windows Vista Home Premium is pretty kewl, I like how I can have a little slideshow of all my photos going on at all times in the corner of my desktop, it'll make me smile when I have photos from nights out and stuff. I'm still getting to know 'Windows Media Center' too but from what I've seen it's very kewl also. I'm just so happy with everything about my laptop ^_^
Tuesday was a good day. Jan had slept the night before so we could get up early and go to the chippy Deborah works at near the college to get Janine a job there. I stood outside while she talked to her new boss and she got the job so that was good. Then we walked to South Tyneside College coz she had to return all her books to the SIS room and when we got there my 2 old english teachers that I had both years at college were sitting there. I was very dissapointed when they didn't recognise me while Janine was writing down which books she'd brought back but then when she went to talk to her teacher that was sitting with them, John noticed me and I jut heard "I didn't recognise you there Chris!" I told him I was at uni now and he was like "Yeah I know" and started asking what I do at uni and what it's like and if I'm living at home and where I'll be moving to in a couple weeks and if I knew my roomies and he was wishing me all the best and stuff. He genuinly sounded interested. I then heard my other english teacher Jill who was sitting eating a sandwish say "Oo I didn't recognise you" and I looked and smiled and she did a nod thing to say hi before continuing to eat. John was then like "He's doing biology!" in a high pitched voice and pointing at me like a proud granda. Jill nodded with a smile. I don't think she said much coz Janine was standing next to me waiting to leave. It really made my day though, english was like my subject in school and college so it meant a lot that the teachers I got for it remembered me, even if it's only been a year lmao.
Me and Jan then walked down street and met Deborah for a bit shopping and dinner in Subway.
Me and Jan then came back to mine and were about to have a nap when Kayleigh Woods rang about going out for Deborah's birthday and stuff. That made my day for a second time since we hadn't talked in ages now that she goes to uni in Edinbrough and it was nice to catch up and talk about the fun we used to have.
Today's Thursday which is Deborah's birthday so tonight should be fun, although I feel shattered and ill at the moment lol. I better be able to go!
I think I've finally decided on a laptop. While searching, I decided my spending limit is £600 and that my future laptop must have a minimum of 100GB memory (the comp I have now has 60GB) and a 17" screen (biggest for the price I'm willing to pay since it'll be my telly while I'm away, although I'm hoping it's not too big and people think it's a brick lol). Obviously since I wanted a screen that big with my budget it meant less memory than I woulda got with a 15" screen but I'm pretty much sure I'm happy with what I've picked, which is a 17" screen laptop with 120MB memory.
So at the mo I'm happy with my choice, but if those of you who already have laptops notice any negatives to it that I should think about before I order, please say :-)
All sequels have been put after the first movie I own in the series (eg, HANNIBAL is found under R after RED DRAGON).
All boxsets with movies that aren't in the same series have been split up (eg, my HOUSE OF WAX / GHOST SHIP boxset is under the letters H and G).
Since with some DVDs (like anime for example) it is hard to decide wether it counts as a movie or a TV series or a music DVD or whatever I haven't made categories so eveything is thrown into the same alphabet.
The words 'THE' or 'A' at the start of a title are ignored and it is found under the letter for the first "real" word.
